| During this visit, I will meet you and your pet(s), go over the Service Contract and Fee Schedule, ask you to complete necessary paperwork, and answer any questions you have about my services. I also spend time getting acquainted with your pet(s) with you observing the interaction, to make sure we are all comfortable with each other. I can pick up a copy of your key during this visit, or make arrangements for key pick-up prior to the contract date. | |
